Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 10 – 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B and MDM functionalities like customer service, billing, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OUAF framework, integration with CC&B.
- Oracle CC&B Functional Architect experience on at least two new implementations, upgrades
- Experience facilitating business process workshops
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
- Prior experience in Australian Utility market will be an added advantage. Good understanding of Compliance and regulatory authority
- Excellent people management skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
