Skills/Experience:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Support configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Reports, Dashboards)
- Create process flows, data models, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support
- Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Admin)
- Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration
- Knowledge of CPQ or complex sales processes
