Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, data centre operations, or large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven track record in data centre migration, consolidation, or technology refresh initiatives.
- Experience operating in multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Strong exposure to enterprise banking or other regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of data centre architecture, including compute, storage, network, and virtualization domains.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, and private cloud models.
- Strong grounding in network and security design, including firewall rules, IP changes, and network segmentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of application migration strategies, including rehost, replatform, and rebuild approaches.
- Knowledge of infrastructure commissioning, readiness validation, DR/BCP, and high-availability design.
- Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, and migration tooling.
- Strong experience in end-to-end migration planning and execution.
- Strong capability in managing risks, issues, and dependencies, including delivery interlocks and change-related constraints.
- Ability to drive delivery timeline adherence despite operational constraints such as change freezes or backlog limitations.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including infrastructure, application, security, and network teams
