  • Strong experience with SAP HCM solutions, including SAP Success Factors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and S/4HANA HCM.
  • Lead workshops to gather payroll requirements and define business process designs.
  • Design and configure SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance, including Fair Work Australia, ATO requirements, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and effective payroll solutions.
  • Hands-on understanding of SAP Payroll schemas and rules, wage types, absence and leave processing, allowances, deductions, superannuation, STP, terminations, redundancy calculations, salary packaging, PAYG withholding and payroll reconciliation.
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM, PY, Time Management and Benefits Administration.
  • Manage stakeholders across Payroll, HR and business teams, providing regular incident updates and participating in governance meetings and service reviews.
  • Understanding of integrations between Success Factors Employee Central, SAP CPI / Integration Suite, SAP Finance (FI/CO), banking and superannuation interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across larger delivery teams.
