- 4+ years of hands-on TMS functional experience in implementation, rollout and enhancements
- Strong knowledge of Order Management, Load Planning & Allocation, Execution and Freight Financials
- Experience configuring optimization strategies and parameters
- Knowledge of TMS mobile apps, transportation planning and business analytics modules
- Understanding of TMS architecture and inbound/outbound integrations
- Proven ability to resolve critical issues within tight timelines

- Cognos report configuration
- Fleet management and logistics planning module knowledge
- Go-Live planning and execution experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
