Skills/Experience:
- Understand and articulate complex business process issues and address them with appropriate solutions with stakeholders.
- Document current and future-state processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for value creation.
- Preparation of business cases for strategic investments and improvements.
- Provide guidance and assist with change management when implementing solutions.
- Provide independent SME advice, mentoring and support to other team members.
- In consultation with all relevant internal stakeholders, provide direct expert advice and support to the business to ensure frameworks, templates, tools, and methodologies support improved outcomes.
- Lead and manages stakeholder expectations on complex business process requirements while maintaining clear focus on overall business process delivery strategy and deliverables.
- Apply relevant tools and techniques to assess impact based on changes to the enabling technologies that support business processes.
- Provide consultation / facilitation to the business on cross-functional changes
- Support solution design and architecture for asset and field operations systems.
