- 5+ years of experience as a c in a technical or enterprise environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and standard features
- Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
