Skills/Experience:
- Total 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development + leadership role
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience with a proven track record inTechnical Leadership roles.
- You possess the business acumen to talk ROI with a VP of Sales and the technical chops to tell a developer why their SOQL query is inefficient.
- Experience Cloud Mastery: Deep experience building internal (employee) or external (partner/community) portals.
- Must understand Site.com, Digital Experiences, and sharing sets.
- Expert in Flow Builder (Automations are non-negotiable).
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- You don’t need to write entire applications from scratch daily, but you must be able to jump in and fix a bug or optimize a trigger.
- Proficiency with VS Code, Data Loader, and Workbench for data analysis and fixes. Azure Pipelines for deployment
- Translator: Ability to translate technical constraints into business risks (and vice versa) in plain English.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidence to push back on unrealistic demands while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes (Github, CI/CD).
