- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and microservices concepts
- Experience documenting APIs using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, or similar
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, logs, and basic code/configurations
